How this started
Before this was an agency, it was InfoPromoBatam: a page about where to eat, what was on promotion, and which places were worth the drive.
Friends from Singapore kept asking the same questions. Where should we eat. What is there to do with my parents. Can you help us get there.
In 2022 we made it the job. InfoTravelBatam now handles the trip end to end: ferry, hotel, vehicle, driver and guide.

We tell you what we would tell a friend
If a place has gone downhill, we say so. A recommendation you cannot trust is worth nothing to either of us.
Your group only
No strangers on the bus, no fixed departure time you have to make. The day moves at whatever pace your family actually wants.
One price, agreed before you come
We quote for exactly what you asked for, with nothing bundled on top and no commission stops built into the route.
Someone here speaks your language
English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Teochew and Malay. Whatever you speak at home, you can speak it to your guide.

I make videos in Batam for a living, so I have been round the seafood places, the cafes, the spas, the hotels and most of the things there are to do here. When I tell InfoTravelBatam something is worth your time, it is because I have been.
What I want for you is simple. Enjoy it. Slow down, eat well, and give our seafood and the Indonesian food a proper go. That is what people are still talking about once they get home.
Leave the planning to the team. Tell them what your family feels like doing and they sort the rest out, and it stays your group only, so you travel as one with no strangers on the bus. Whatever you speak at home, English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Teochew or Malay, someone here speaks it too.
